I received a room closest to the hotel's west side! Stacy at the front desk placed me in a waterfront room. I had booked a regular garden room. She also arranged an early check-in and late check-out. Customer service was excellent!
The fitness center was smaller than I expected. It had minimal equipment, which limited my workout options. I wished it had more machines for a comprehensive exercise session.

The front desk staff helped with directions around the hotel. I enjoyed the seal exhibit (a unique feature!). The cafe offered a tasty breakfast.
The hallway carpets showed some wear.

The staff was wonderful. I appreciated the convenient location. The hotel had many activities available for children. Complementary parking was a bonus.
Our room smelled badly, similar to a wet dog. The bathroom need some improvements. The bedroom was warmer because of the evap cooler was only in the living area. I did not appreciate this.
